Six Tofu Marinades
From nasoya.com

Tofu is a terrific substitute for meat whether you are a vegetarian, taking part in Meatless Mondays, or just trying to increase your intake of heart healthy soy.  Additionally, tofu is also extremely affordable, packed with protein, low in fat, and in some studies is shown to help reduce cholesterol.  This makes it the perfect new addition to any diet.

However in order to make tofu the star of a dish and be full of flavor, it is essential to marinate your tofu and let it absorb flavors. Luckily tofu works with tons of different marinades and since it has a sponge like texture, you only need to marinate it for 20-30 minutes before preparing it.
